		<description><![CDATA[I find the billable hour is fine for work where the time involved is not definable.   Litigation is a good example of this.  Where I know how much time is going to be involved I find clients prefer to be given a guaranteed and fixed fee right at the start.   I find this builds trust.]]></description>
